Your privacy is important to us at Duvim. Here is how your Privacy is maintained:
If you have questions about deleting or correcting your data, please start a chat with us or contact@Duvim.com.
It is Duvim policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our services.
By accessing or using the Services, you warrant and represent that you have read, understand and agree to all terms and conditions stated and our Terms of Service available at Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with or you are not comfortable with any aspect of this Policy, immediately discontinue access or use of our Services.
Like most internet-service operators, Duvim also collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers, apps and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, geographical location, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request.
The purpose of collecting non-identifying information is to better understand how Duvim visitors use their services. From time to time, Duvim may also release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its services.
Duvim also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for users that use the services and visitors. For example, if you register for an account with us, we may ask you for personal information such as email, name, contact details, account password, instant messaging ID and/or credit payment card information.
We also collect personal information such as an email address and a name or alias of any Agents you allow to use the Service in connection with your account and a password from these Agents when they first access the Service. Credit or payment card data is used to process payments for Subscriptions to the Service Non-Identifiable Data.
When you interact with Duvim through the Service, we receive and store certain information, which is collected passively using various cookies and similar technologies and cannot be used to identify you.
We also engage third-party providers to serve a variety of marketing cookies that track and analyse usage, navigational and other statistical information from visitors to Our Site, which does not include personal information but Duvim and its service providers may store such information itself or such information may be stored in databases owned and maintained by Duvim or its agents or service providers.
Our Service may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to Our Site, the number of visitors to each page of Our Site, or the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers.
When you interact with Duvim through the Site, we use third-party providers to serve a variety of marketing and operational cookies that enable us to track and analyse usage, navigational and other statistical information from visitors to the Site, and to improve the operation of the Site. This information does not include personal information though we may associate this information with personal information we have collected when it is received.
Marketing cookies are also used to track the performance of our advertisements and are employed by third-party advertising networks that we use. These advertising networks follow online activities of visitors to the Site and use this information to inform, optimize and serve tailored advertisements on the Site or on other Websites they visit that we believe would most promote the Service to you.
We also use third parties to collect information that assists us in other methods of “remarketing” our Service to visitors to the Site, including customized email communications.
When you use the Service, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends during your use of the Service. These servers logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.
When you email or other communication to Duvim, we may collect the personal information you provide us and may use it to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.
As a Duvim customer, you may receive occasional marketing communications regarding our products and services. To opt-out of receiving marketing communications from Duvim, please contact us at support@Duvim.com or follow the unsubscribe instructions included in our marketing communications.
To better understand and serve our customers, Duvim often conducts research on its customer demographics, interests and behaviour based on the personal and other information provided to us.
This research may be compiled and analysed aggregately, and Duvim may share or otherwise publish or distribute this aggregate data. This aggregate information does not identify you personally. Duvim may also disclose aggregated user statistics to describe Our Service to current and prospective business partners, customers and other third parties for other lawful purposes.
We do not respond to web browsers’ “Do Not Track” signals that provide a method to opt-out of the collection information about visitors activities on the Site and Service, and across other websites. If we do so, we will provide all relevant information in this Policy.
Duvim processes personal information on its servers in distinct parts of the world. We may change the locations in which we process personal information from time to time, including by commencing personal information processing in additional or different countries.

This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses and browser type, internet service provider, URLs of referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, the information you search for, locale and language preferences, identification numbers associated with your devices, your mobile carrier, and system configuration information. We intend our Services for use by enterprises. Where our Services are made available to you through a Subscriber of ours, that enterprise is the data controller of your personal information. Your data privacy questions and requests should initially be submitted to the Duvim Subscriber as your data controller. Duvim is not responsible for our Subscribers’ privacy or security practices, which may differ from this Policy.
Duvim’s Subscribers can:
Where Duvim is the data controller of personal information (for example, personal information relating to Website Visitors, Attendees and individuals who register to use our Services), then we keep the personal information we collect where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with our Services, to enable your participation in an event, and to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or aggregate it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
If we process your personal information within a Subscriber’s Service Data, we will process the personal information for as long as they instruct us to do so by the relevant Subscriber that is the data controller of the Subscriber Service Data.
You have certain choices available to you for your personal information. Below, I summarize those choices, how to exercise them and any limitations.
An individual who seeks to exercise their data protection rights regarding personal information stored or processed by us on behalf of a Subscriber of ours within the Subscriber’s Service Data (including to seek access to, or to correct, amend, delete, port or restrict processing of such personal information) should direct his/her query to our Subscriber (the data controller). Upon receipt of a request from one of our Subscribers for us to remove the personal information, we will respond to their request within thirty (30) days. We will keep the personal information that we process and store on behalf of our Subscribers for as long as needed to provide the Services to our Subscribers.
Our Services and related documentation on our Privacy and Data Protection site give Agents and End-Users the ability to access, update and delete certain personal information from within the Service. For example, you can access your Agent or End-User profile and make updates to your personal information. Where we act as the data controller of your personal information, we will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information upon request. We will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe. Please note, however, that we may need to keep certain information for record-keeping purposes, to complete transactions or to comply with our legal obligations.
If you no longer wish to use our Services, Duvim’s Subscriber may deactivate your End-User account. First, please contact Duvim’s Subscriber with your request. If you are a Duvim Subscriber and cannot deactivate an End-User account through your administrator settings, please email support@Duvim.com. Please know that deactivating your account does not delete your information; your information remains visible to other Service users based on your past participation within the Services. For more information on how to delete your information, visit our Privacy and Data Protection site.
You may request that your personal information no longer be accessed, stored, used and otherwise processed where you believe that a Duvim Subscriber or Duvim do not have the rights to do so. For example, if you believe it created a Services account for you without your permission or you are no longer an active user, you can request that we delete your account as provided in this Policy. Where you gave us consent to use your personal information for a limited purpose, you can contact us to withdraw that consent. You can also opt-out of our use of your personal information for marketing by contacting us, as provided below. When you make such requests, we may need time to investigate and facilitate your request. Please note that an End-User of a Duvim Subscriber should first contact Duvim’s Subscriber with a request to stop access, storage, use of personal information. If there is delay or dispute whether we may continue using your personal information, we will restrict any further use of your personal information until the request is honoured or the dispute is resolved, provided the Duvim Subscriber does not object (where applicable).
We offer those who provide personal contact information as a means to choose how we use the information provided. You may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link on the bottom of our marketing emails or you may send a request to privacy@Duvim.com. You may opt-out of receiving promotional communications from us by using this unsubscribe link within each email. Even after you opt-out from receiving promotional messages from us, if you are an Agent, then you will continue to receive transactional messages from us regarding our Services. You can opt-out of some notification messages in your account settings.
If you wish to exercise any other data protection rights available to you under your local data protection laws (such as the right to data portability or data restriction) then please send your request to privacy@Duvim.com and we will respond to your request following applicable data protection laws.
You may complain to your local data protection authority if you are unhappy with our data protection practices.
