Like most internet-service operators, Duvim also collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers, apps and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, geographical location, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request.

The purpose of collecting non-identifying information is to better understand how Duvim visitors use their services. From time to time, Duvim may also release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its services.

Duvim also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for users that use the services and visitors. For example, if you register for an account with us, we may ask you for personal information such as email, name, contact details, account password, instant messaging ID and/or credit payment card information.

We also collect personal information such as an email address and a name or alias of any Agents you allow to use the Service in connection with your account and a password from these Agents when they first access the Service. Credit or payment card data is used to process payments for Subscriptions to the Service Non-Identifiable Data.

When you interact with Duvim through the Service, we receive and store certain information, which is collected passively using various cookies and similar technologies and cannot be used to identify you.

We also engage third-party providers to serve a variety of marketing cookies that track and analyse usage, navigational and other statistical information from visitors to Our Site, which does not include personal information but Duvim and its service providers may store such information itself or such information may be stored in databases owned and maintained by Duvim or its agents or service providers.

Our Service may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to Our Site, the number of visitors to each page of Our Site, or the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers.

When you interact with Duvim through the Site, we use third-party providers to serve a variety of marketing and operational cookies that enable us to track and analyse usage, navigational and other statistical information from visitors to the Site, and to improve the operation of the Site. These advertising networks follow online activities of visitors to the Site and use this information to inform, optimize and serve tailored advertisements on the Site or on other Websites they visit that we believe would most promote the Service to you.

We also use third parties to collect information that assists us in other methods of “remarketing” our Service to visitors to the Site, including customized email communications.

These servers logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.

How to Exercise Your Data Protection Rights

You have certain choices available to you for your personal information. Below, I summarize those choices, how to exercise them and any limitations.

Correcting, updating and removing your information:

We will keep the personal information that we process and store on behalf of our Subscribers for as long as needed to provide the Services to our Subscribers.

Accessing and updating or deleting your information:

Our Services and related documentation on our Privacy and Data Protection site give Agents and End-Users the ability to access, update and delete certain personal information from within the Service. For example, you can access your Agent or End-User profile and make updates to your personal information. Where we act as the data controller of your personal information, we will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information upon request. We will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe. Request that we stop using your information:

You may request that your personal information no longer be accessed, stored, used and otherwise processed where you believe that a Duvim Subscriber or Duvim do not have the rights to do so. Where you gave us consent to use your personal information for a limited purpose, you can contact us to withdraw that consent. You can also opt-out of our use of your personal information for marketing by contacting us, as provided below. When you make such requests, we may need time to investigate and facilitate your request. Please note that an End-User of a Duvim Subscriber should first contact Duvim’s Subscriber with a request to stop access, storage, use of personal information. If there is delay or dispute whether we may continue using your personal information, we will restrict any further use of your personal information until the request is honoured or the dispute is resolved, provided the Duvim Subscriber does not object (where applicable).

Opt-out of communications:

We offer those who provide personal contact information as a means to choose how we use the information provided. You may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link on the bottom of our marketing emails or you may send a request to privacy@Duvim.com.
